Over the last 10 years in building and deploying surveillance technology in a wide range of markets around the world, the CMCRC has accumulated a valuable store of knowledge.

Through this project the CMCRC is seeking to:

1. Harness this knowledge to bring greater clarity to the litigation process. This begins with providing key elements of the technology used by regulators to both sides of the case along with relevant data. 
2. Educate all parties in how the technology works so that parties can do “what If” scenarios.
3. Run our independently developed algorithms against the data in order to provide an independent view of the alleged problems.
4. Provide experienced experts to address questions raised by one side of other. 

The objective of the project is to make the litigation process cheaper and more effective.
