AC3 provides support to the CMCRC in the form
of leading supercomputing facilities and a secure data
centre environment with very high capacity Internetworking
access.
SIRCA is a member of the CMCRC and supports the CMCRC
through the provision of access to its unique research
databases, including an 8 terabyte dataset of quote and
trade data from 240 capital markets worldwide over a
period reaching back up to 10 years and more from today.
SMARTS is a member of the CMCRC and supports us financially,
as well as through the provision of access to its world
leading trading surveillance system, which is a unique
research tool for analysis work in capital markets microstructure.
SMARTS is also a project partner providing domain expertise
for our R&D projects.
CMSS’ key objective is to improve the integrity
of the securities market through better “self
control”. This objective is achieved by providing
a system which is capable of monitoring trading activity
within each broking firm on a real-time basis. Through
this key objective, CMSS aims to assist brokers in
protecting their reputation from financial and/or regulatory
risks.
